Replacement and Refund

We aim to ensure our customers love our items, however if you need to return or exchange an order, we are happy to help. Just email us directly and we will guide you through the process.

All phones come with a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please ensure that the device is returned within this time frame to qualify for a full exchange or refund.


To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please take extra care when repackaging the device to avoid it being broken in transit, as we can only refund items in an unbroken and saleable condition. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ataglobal.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange has been approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund immediately using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
