Warranty Information
Goods purchased from ATA Global will fulfil the following criteria:
- The goods purchased are of satisfactory quality
- The goods are fit for the purposes for which they are supplied
- That where any written description is applied to goods, the goods match that description.
If the above is breached, the customer may be entitled to certain remedies which include repair, replacement or refund. The guarantee will be void if the item is deemed to have been intentionally or accidentally damaged or misused. Faults arising from Software, Unlocking and/or Jail-breaking will not qualify for guarantee.
Warranty
We offer a comprehensive 12-month part and labor warranty on all our devices.
The warranty covers manufacturers defects (hardware/software faults).
In the unlikely event that your device develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, please contact our Customer Care Team on... or... [TEL/EMAIL] and they will be able to process a return case for you and arrange a repair or a replacement product.
Please note, our warranty does not cover accidental damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.
Quality Control
We test and inspect all our devices fully prior to dispatch, we do our utmost to ensure all devices are fault free and in perfect working order. We offer a comprehensive return policy and warranty, so in the unlikely event, you have an issue with your device you can be sure you are in safe hands. Batteries are consumable items and may need changing from time to time, however, our phones have been tested with a minimum of 80% battery health. If you're not happy with the battery you can contact us and we will be happy to replace your battery for a new one.
